Key responsibilities
- Provide IT helpdesk support to internal employees.
- Work with the IT team and vendors to implement IT infrastructure.
- Follow internal IT standards, procedures and policies.
- Manage IT devices including laptops, desktop PCs, servers, tape library, routers, switches, firewalls, PBX, PDS, software, etc.
- Rapidly register, troubleshoot, solve, track, and archive issues related with IT infrastructure and product.
- Provide product technical support to clients by phone, through e-mail and onsite.
- Provide basic technical training to internal employees and clients.
Qualifications
- University or degree in computer science, information technology or related majors.
- At least 2 years work experience in IT helpdesk support and technical support.
- Hands on experience with Microsoft Windows® Server, Windows® XP, Office, Linux/Unix, and other popular software.
- Knowledge of PC and server hardware, network devices, PBX, PDS, and so on.
- Strong trouble-shooting and problem solving skills.
- Good communication skills, service attitude and ability to be a team player.
- Good English is needed.
- Cisco CCNA, Microsoft MCSE or Linux certificates are preferred.
